Ready to Reliv 22 Years
I wanted to explain my new blog title to my readers. According to WII fit I am 46 years old. This is based on my weight, body fat, and how I stand. 46 YEARS OLD. I am 24! I have lost 22 years of my life by just being over weight. Well… I’m going to lose weight with the help of every day work out plans, eating better and sticking to the Reliv plan (explained in the post before this one). I am going to get my 22 years back!

YOU GO GIRL! Last night, Trent and I were watching American Idol. When it was over, he started to watch The Biggest Loser. Immediately…we were engrossed in the show! Apparently he watched it last week and really enjoyed it and he has watched other seasons of it, but I have never watched an entire season of it. I cried through the show and was motivated too! I am all about getting my butt in shape too girl!!!

Also, I have been using http://www.fatsecret.com for about two and a half years now. Check the site out! You can log your weight in and as time goes on, it will show it to you on a graph. You can join groups, journal, enter your meals…it is great!

I cannot find you! Oh girl, don’t even think that way! You are beautiful inside and out =) That is what websites/journals like that are for…for you to know where you are, where you want to be, and how you are going to get there. If you get a chance, look for me jltaylor is my login name or I am just on there as Jennifer Taylor. YAY!
